SHIP Minor Home RepairFunds are available for income eligible resident homeowners to receive up to $25,000 toward home repairs. A ten-year lien will be placed on the property to cover the cost of repairs. In order to qualify, a family of four must have an income below $91,800. SHIP Purchase AssistanceThis program provides assistance for income eligible candidates to receive up to $60,000 toward down payment and closing costs.
