SALE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY - 4760 NW 8th DRIVE, PLANTATION, FL 33317
All Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the City Clerk’s Office located at 400 NW 73rd AVE, Plantation, Florida 33317 on or before 11:00 am. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The Invitation to Bid Number and Title must appear on the outside of the envelope.
Sealed Bid shall be accompanied by cashier's checks or certified checks payable to the City of Plantation in an amount of ten (10%) percent of the disposition bid price (“Bid Security”) and shall be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Plantation, 400 NW 73rd Ave, Plantation, Florida 33317, BEFORE the due date of the solicitation.
Bids will be opened, read and recorded pursuant to State of Florida Law and City of Plantation code.
General Description of Scope of Services:
• The City of Plantation, Florida invites interested and qualified parties to submit sealed bids for the purchase of property and residence located at 4760 NW 8th Drive, Plantation, Florida.
The Reserve Sales Price for this property is: $225,000.00
The City of Plantation will be allowing for, interior and exterior site visits of the above-mentioned property. During these site visits no questions shall be asked, and no responses will be provided as it relates to the property. Any response(s) provided will not be binding.
