Water Fitness: Morning Class

Join the Plantation Aquatic Complex on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays to stay active and cool with our Water Fitness classes. The water fitness classes are in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) format. 

The morning classes are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the shallow area of the training pool by the ramp. 

The evening class is on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in deep water in the diving well of Pool 1.
