Community Policing is a Partnership

To better provide public safety services to residents of the City of Plantation, the Plantation Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible to our community. Our department is one of a few select agencies to have earned accreditation, from both the international accrediting agency, the Commission on Accreditation for Law enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and the State of Florida accrediting agency Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation (CFA).

Email us to report police concerns if you feel you have not been addressed fully such as recurring speeding issues, noise complaints, code violations, etc. This link is to the Patrol Captain’s e-mail and is not meant to create a call for service or any type of immediate response. Do not use this link for emergencies or in-progress incidents. In those situations, dial the non-emergency number, 954-797-2100, or for true emergencies dial 911.
