Special Event Request
The Administration Department handles the coordination of Special Event requests, which require approval by City Administration. Each Special Event request is reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please complete the correct corresponding Special Events Application and submit to Administration below:
- Residential Parties - Block, Street, Additional Parking
- Construction-Extended Hours
- Film Making-TV Commerical Production
- Parking (Overflow)
- Parks & Recreation Special Events within City Parks
- Promotional Events
- RV, Boats, Jet Ski, Trailers - Parking
- Temporary Storage Containers-PODS
This list is not all inclusive, and other events or promotions may also require approval.
All Special Event requests must be submitted to the Administration Department.
If you are having trouble with the submission box above, you may submit your application by email or fax or unless otherwise noted in the written requirement.
