This constitutes the City of Plantation official notification of a negotiation meeting relative to the above-mentioned Request for
Sealed Proposals (RFSP).

Purpose of the Meeting:
Negotiation Meeting between the City and Sciens Consulting LLC
Note: This meeting will not be open to the Public as it is a negotiation meeting.
The posting period commence at 4:30 P.M. on September 1, 2023 and ends on or around 11:30 A.M. on September 13th, 2023.
IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD, AGENCY OR
COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, HE
OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE
MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH
RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
