Lyle Howard is a suspense thriller author and a South Florida native. He has been writing stories since childhood. “As long as I can remember, writing fiction has always been my creative outlet”, he says. Mr. Howard also taught journalism classes to aspiring young writers for many years. He is a Benjamin Franklin Digital Award Silver Honoree for his book “It’s About Time”, and the 2019 winner of the Independent Press Award for “A Trace For Revenge”. Mystery writer Elaine Viets is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, where she was a regular columnist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for twenty-five years. She relocated to Ft. Lauderdale in 1997. She has written 34 mysteries in four series: the best-selling Dead-End Job series, the cozy Josie Marcus Mystery Shopper series, the dark Francesca Vierling mysteries, and the Angela Richman Death Investigator series. Ms. Viets has won numerous awards, including the Agatha Award, named for Agatha Christie, the Anthony Award, and the Lefty Award for Best Humorous Mystery.
