Seniors 55+ are invited to join us at the Jim Ward Community Center for a free 9-week series that offers the opportunity to celebrate global diversity, promote healthy living, and strengthen community ties. It emphasizes the idea that wellness transcends borders and that there's so much to learn from the world's various cultures. This journey will inspire participants to incorporate new, healthy practices into their lives, promoting both physical health and mental well-being.
