• Age: 10 & Under
• This group is designed for young swimmers to introduce them to the world of competitive swimming. Swimmers can expect to learn the foundations of all four competitive strokes and begin to compete. Swim meets will consist of sizzlers and/or inter-squad meets.
• Practices are offered Monday through Friday from 3:45 – 4:45pm. We suggest swimmers start with 2-3 practices per week and work their way to more intense training.

Age Group 1 

1. Age: 10 & Up
2. This group is designed for advanced swimmers who are comfortable with all four competitive strokes and are familiar with competition. In Age Group 1, athletes will be expected to regularly attend practices and will compete in more advanced local meets. This group swimmers will have the option to take part in swim meets outside of Broward County. Athletes in this group must be motivated and look to get faster every day.
3. Practices are offered Monday through Friday from 5:00 – 6:30pm and Saturdays from 8:00 – 9:30am.
4. Price: $95/month

Age Group 2 

1. Age: 14 – 18 years old
2. This group is designed for middle to high school aged swimmers who are newer to competitive swimming. In this group, swimmers will learn and refine the four competitive strokes. Competing is not required for swimmers in Age Group 2, but it is highly encouraged.
3. Practices are offered Monday through Friday from 6:00 – 7:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30 – 9:30am.
4. Price: $95/month

Age Group 3 

1. Age: 8 – 12 years old
2. This group is designed for younger, intermediate level swimmers. This group will focus on refining the four competitive strokes and building speed and endurance. Swimmers in Age Group 3 will begin to take part in larger, local swim meets.
3. Practices are offered Monday through Friday from 6:00 – 7:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30 – 9:30am.
4. Price: $95/month

Senior/Sectional 

• Age: 14 & Up
• This group is reserved for our elite athletes. Athletes in this group have mastered all four competitive strokes and will compete in high level meets. Swimmers are expected to attend most or all practices and will take place in swim meets in the area, state, and have the option to go to meets around the South East. To swim in this group athletes must be highly dedicated, hard-working, and extremely motivated.
• Practices are offered Monday through Friday from 4:00 – 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00 – 10:00am. Throughout the year morning practices will be offered. Dates and times will vary depending on the season.
• Price: $115/month
