The following Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions only apply to transactions that do not have a written agreement, duly executed by both parties. If there is an applicable City contract, then those terms and conditions shall be the terms that govern the transaction and relationship of the parties.
In the absence of such a written agreement that is duly executed by both parties, then these Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions provide you (“Seller”) with the guidelines and legal stipulations of your purchase order with the City of Plantation for the goods and/or services that are described within the provided Purchase Order.
The Vendor acknowledges and agrees by accepting this Purchase Order to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order.
If this purchase order is for a task order, the terms and conditions of the applicable City contract shall govern.
These online Terms and Conditions are for all Purchase Orders issued after July 1, 2024.
