For Minor Home Repair and Purchase Assistance
The City of Plantation anticipates the availability of approximately $722,443 through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) to be used for its owner-occupied minor home repair assistance program.
Funding is available for income-eligible Plantation residents needing assistance with non-luxury health and safety repairs, and code violations (i.e. Roofs, Windows, Doors, Electric, and other non-luxury repairs/replacements). Once funds are completely committed, the City will close the program until additional funds become available.

Applications will be available for pick up at Minority Builders Coalition (MBC), 499 NW 70 Avenue, Suite #114, Plantation, FL 33317 beginning Monday, August 5, 2024, through Friday through Friday, August 30, 2024, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
